What do we do? We develop and run a SaaS platform consisting of a variety of closely interrelated services. The server components are primarily based on Java/Spring Boot, the Frontend developments on TypeScript/Angular. The platform is used for data management and maps use-cases based on customer requirements in the Automotive Mobility Services sector. In this area we work in small, efficient teams with flat hierarchies and are looking for a SaaS-Solution-focused Application Consultant to support us.

- Administration and maintenance of SaaS processes
- Running/monitoring/administration of a proprietaryand expanding SaaS platform
- 2nd level support
- Communication with our international customers
- Professional, technical clarification and explanation of occurring issues
- Continuous exchange of information with the developer team
- Proactively providing ideas and suggestions for improvement
- Creative problem-solving
